2. What the service is, and what it costs
This website describes a service: building and maintaining a website with a booking engine for driving schools. It is not the booking website itself and it takes no reservations.
The prices published here — a one-time setup fee and a monthly or annual subscription — are indicative and are not a binding offer. The specific terms of each engagement (scope, timescales, number of properties included, rounds of changes and payment terms) are agreed in writing with each client before work begins. Prices are in US dollars and are what the client is invoiced; no sales tax or VAT is added. Clients that are businesses in the United Kingdom account for VAT under the reverse charge in their own return.
3. Terms of use
Access to this website is free and open. Anyone using it agrees to do so lawfully and not to use it for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.
The owner may change the content of this website at any time, and may suspend or withdraw access without prior notice.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, code and other elements of this website belong to its owner unless stated otherwise. Reproducing, distributing or altering them without express permission is not allowed.

In the relationship between a driving school and its students, the owner of this website is not a party to the transaction: it plays no part in the booking, receives none of the amounts paid by students or their parents, and is not liable for obligations arising from the instruction agreement.
